I'vejust been on the Amazon website and they have reduced the KitchenAid Classic Stand Mixer White down from £299 to £149.

A bargain in my book.

I bought this one from Amazon a few months ago and love it. I use it to mash potatoes, saves a lot of elbow grease.

I got mine from Amazon a few months ago, though have never used it for potatoes.
Have used it for whipping cream and meringues.
It's great for cakes, I just shove it all in and it's ready to put in the cake cases aftera minute or so.
It is very big and heavy. Too heavy to put away but it does look stylish in the kitchen.
