Hi Everyone,
I received my MS statement and noticed that the cash back amount is not the same as the extra cash back. You may all be aware that MS are paying 1% cashback and an additional 1% on the first £2000. The amounts should therefore be the same. The difference is due to my last 2 transactions on the statement not being included. A similar thing happened on my last statement. If this is a date cut-off issue, why isn't that transactions are not being rolled forward from the previous month? Has anyone else noticed this practice? I sent an email to MS but have not received a reply yet. Any comments from you knowledgeable people would be much appreciated.

As I understood the MS offering, the standard rate of cashback is 0.5%. This is doubled to 1% on the first £2000 of annual spend, and that in turn is doubled for the first three months usage from issue.
This may explain why some later purchases have attracted a lower rate?0
