Value of spare parts.

I was just down the motor factors and they had 3 cardboard boxes full of parts.
About 20 brake hoses
About 20 rear brake cylinders
About 15 Bosch windscreen wiper blades.

For a variety of vehicles. eg: Carlton, Uno, Mazda 4x4 etc. The blades fit about 20 vehicles each.

I offered them £20 for the whole lot, thinking it could be sold on Ebay. They accepted, but I didn't have enough cash on me, so left empty handed.
Do you reckon I could make £5 each on the cylinders and a few quid on the hoses and blades?

you will definatly make the £20 back no problem, research which cars the wiper blades fit and advertise as wipers for ford focus,mondeo fiesta etc..you should sell them all if priced keenly.
and the brake pipes and cylinders should all sell provided they are listed and priced correctly.

Ebay will give you access to lots of people after parts for obscure cars, so even if the parts are for oldish unpopular cars, they should shift no problem and make more than £20.
