Hi all, all the thumbnails in my documents have lost their names. If I hover the mouse over them, the name appears for a few seconds. It wont let me rename them. Tiles, icons and lists are still named, but I prefer the thumbnails as they are easier to see.
Does anyone know how I can get the names back please?

Hold down shift when you open the folder or switch into thumbnail view. Took me five seconds to google that!0

Thanks for your advice. Yes it does work, but I wanted them all to be named and on view all of the time. It takes ages going through all the folders to find the one I want.
Guess I will have to get used to using the tiles instead of thumbnails!Getting the hang of this!0 -
Open Windows Explorer, select Tools, Folder Options, View Tab, then Reset All Folders
then OK, now whilst still in Explorer choose the Thumbnail view, Then go back to Tools, Folder Options, Views Tab, Now Click Apply To All Folders, OK.0 -
