Merchant code for British Gas, anyone?

BG are not in my good books at the moment as their marvellous computer system seems to have lost all records that an engineer visited me not once, but twice, with parts, back in December and that I paid for the 'privilege'.
Natwest have kindly confirmed that it wasn't a figment of my imagination and that yes, I did pay them £156.00... but as it's so far back they need the Card Services merchant number for British Gas to trace the actual transaction number on the computers - and THEY are getting the run-around from BG not giving it to them!!
If anyone has a recent receipt for a card transaction, it will be on there, alongside with the other stuff private to you.
