    Hi Lunar,

Just read your new diary and wanted to say congrats on how far you have come, both financially and with the pregnancy. You certainly sound like an independent. determined person and you have really dented your debts! Hope to hear some news soon re: the baby!!!

    Hi all,

Paid £177 off my credit card today and looked at OH's account and seen that he had paid off £400 on his credit card (that he forgot to tell me about!). It's good news though as I am just £243 off my aim for Christmas!

Have 2 credit cards with % rates (the other one is 0%). The balance on 1 is £296 and the balance on the other 1 is £2595. Although I would like to clear the lower one (psychologically) I think I will use quidco etc to pay that off and then try and make a dent in the bigger one. The rates are the exact same on them. What does everyone else think? Any suggestions?
I would pay off the lower one for the pyschological benefit....

    Please add me!

I'd like to pay NPower £900 by Christmas - it's a very optimistic goal and I probably won't manage it, but I'm gonna have a try to shut them up :)

    Hi Juicygirl,

You are making great headway with your debts. You must be delighted to be well under the 20k mark. I remember you and I had similar levels of debt til I found some more tucked away. Can't wait to get to under 20k myself but will prob be another 6 months!

Yay i got a job!!!! Been looking for ages n never thought i was gonna get one this side of xmas. I'm sooo pleased as it now means that i should be able to have o/d cleared by xmas:j. then i'll only have my cat and visa to pay. Would love to clear my cat next cuz monthly payments are quite high, but my visa has intrest rate. I'm paying more than min payment but in 2 minds as to which will be best to focus my attentions on.
