greasypalm owe me money

I bought car insurance from greasy palm over 3o days ago...they owe me £60 cashback...but they say i did not use the link, as the retailer has no record of this in the transaction. I did use the link and its shown on the clic history. What can i do?
Anyone know if there an email address or telephone no for them?

Hi I got insurance last week using GP link, was it the Lloyds insurance? I got paid the following day or so, but not £60 as it stated but £70.

Not sure what to advise, if as you state it says the click history, then they clearly shows you at least visited the insurance site.

I had problems this week with a purchase I placed in July from Novatech, is stated in click history that I had used the link, I contacted them with value of purchase the correct date accept the wrong year 2006 instead of 2005, and they told me that its 30 days from date of order, obviously going on the wrong date. I contacted them again with correct date and got the correct payment.

I assume you do all this, because they normally asked for date and invoice. If you done that and it doesn't show I would contact the company informing them that you got this in good faith and using the correct procedures.

Mine hasn't appeared yet either. I assumed that was because the policy isn't due to start for another week? Should I start to chase it with Greasypalm?

My insurance policy doesnt start until 12.01 am 01/11/05 so I don't think its got anything to do with the date the policy starts. I got the insurance docs within a few days and payment pending on GP link within 2 days, it is unsually qucik for GP, although I have yet to receive payment which will mots likely be November as the latest payments went out the other day.

I got this in February but it was a £20 or so payment for a credit card.

Said I didn't use the link, but I did.

Couldn't prove it, so deleted greasypalm cookie after changing my details to be dummy ones (ie Mickey Mouse care of Disneyland) as I can't be arsed with companies like that.
