in Credit cards
Hi All
Is it normal practise when you've exhausted the best 0% cards, to get your wife involved?
Do credit card companies regard her finances as a completely separate entity, and therefore willing to offer her the same 0% cards that her husband (me) has had?
Thanks
Pat

Yes you are treated as 2 separate entities. Even if she is the second card holder on your cards, you are solely responsible for the debt. Same, if she applied for cards. However, if you have joint bank accounts or joint mortgage then there will be an "association" between your credit files .... but that shouldn't make too much difference to credit cards.
