Hi i've just passed my driving test (im 21). Looking at quotes for a 1.2 R reg Clio. Ive followed the Car Insurance article by Martin and the cheapest quote with an excess of £200, fully comp, me as main driver + my partner is £785. Is that about right?! 
Its by a company called The Green Insurance Company- has anyone dealt with them? Just a bit worried as I sooo new to this!
