i have a mortage for 71,000 and we are having a advance for7,000 but we have a secured loan with ge money for 7,000 so the halifax have to apply for a deed of postponement will their be any problems getting it our house is worth 120,000 can any one help or been in a similar situation

It's unlikely they will refuse if you are up to date but they probably charge you to complete the form.
Speak to the Halifax, they might consider lumping the 2 together if it's in your interest to do so (I obviously don't have the details).

all our payments for mortage are up to date and for the loan how long does a deed of postponement take the halifax have hear from them and they need further information will we encounter any problems we still have 34,000 in equality0

It will vary - could be 1-3 weeks. They normally look at things like income/outgoings as well as how you've conducted your loan.0

As I stated before, the easiest thing here for you to get definitive information is just to pick up the phone to GE.
Anyway they will probably want to know - how much you're borrowing, what the new payments are, etc.0 -
