Child Maintenance (CSA) questions (merged)

the obvious solution would be to mention the csa in passing or to tell your mum that your brother will miss out on trips if she doesnt help.. your dad could also go to a solicitor and get a court order for her to pay something each week/ month, im sorry to say that staying on friendly terms isnt allways the best were the childrens needs arnt met. if she isnt willing to participate in her sons upkeep then mabey she needs a swift kick up the backside by involving a third party.. i would suggest your dad gets legal advice, he doenst have to take up the advice but its handy to have the knowledge
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.
