hi i am having a problem recieving my e-mails through outlook express its sayin a time out occured while we were connecting i have tried putting the time out longer but its still not working also i have checked my account settings and they are right any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

check your antivirus/firewall and try turning of mail scanning in antivirus and see if that makes any difference0
