Hi I have just noticed a few oil spots on my drive way - can anyone recommend the best product to get rid of such a thing? Many thanks

I used to work my motorcycles in the past and would often get oil on the front paving, what helped with the oil stains is using some dry fine sand over the oil stain. I'd leave the sand on the stain for about a week (weather permitting) and most of the time the oil stain would be absorbed by the sand. With some stubborn oil stains I've used dish washer liquid or hand cleaner (basically anything that can break down oil/grease) and a scrubbing brush then flushed with plenty of water, worked well. It's better to try do something with the oil stain sooner than later.0

Washing up liquid and a scrubbing brush worked for me."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

talcum powder. leave it in a similar manner to the sand and it can absorb some of the oil up.0

A friend who marshalls here at the TT told me they use dry cement powder that they spread over oil spills, let it soak up what it can, and then brush it off.Baby-Mechanic

I have used Cola and it worked well - pour on to stain leave overnight and rinse off ( make sure it is going to be a dry night though otherwise it will just wash away)Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
