Slim DVD Cover Template

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a MS Word / Publisher template for creating a DVD cover (slimline case) - I have one for standard DVD cases but can't seem to find one for the slimmer ones..

Thanks I found that too but could not see a slimline version of any of the DVD cover templates.

Gettin' closer but those seem to all be CD covers rather than the taller DVD ones?
