Tesco Direct

On 8 Jun 08, i took advantage of a tesco direct loop hole, buy 2 get 1 free on electrical sockets which was going through at BOGOF. I then did the sim card free delivery trick and my order was subsequently accepted and my acount debited. The following day i recieved my sim but no electrical sockets.
I disappeared on holiday and now 3 weeks later the rest of my order has still not been delivered.
I contacted Tesco Direct who state that the items have not left their warehouse due to an error and that they will refund my money and i can re-order, as i explained to them the offer has now finished and i would like my original order.
Anyone know what i can quote to them (sale of goods etc) in order to get my order!!!! Or have i lost out on this bargain?

They don't have to fufil the original order if they are offereing a refund so personally I'd just take it and shop elsewhere.0
