HELP!! My interest rate has increased!?! Can they do this without informing you?!

Why should anyone 'condemn' any lender for daring to vary the interest rate when the agreement between them and the customer is that the rate is variable?
Because this is supposed to be a money saving site and since MSE is still pushing Virgin/MBNA as a SBT Card they should also warn about the practices of a company that is little more than a loan shark.
Is that enough WHY for you?
