Hi am trying to cancel my setanta package and when i phoned them to cancel they said i had to write a letter giving 30 days notice. Unfortunately i have lost the letter, has anyone gotthe address it's the sunderland address and has anyone got a template letter as i know a lot of people have the same problem or any tips on what to include in the letter.
