Help with Canon i350 Printer

Just put a new colour cartridge into my Canon i350 printer but cant seem to get it to print properly now. Everything I try and print is coming out a blue/green type colour. I've tried changing all my settings but still no luck ! Anyone got any idea what I've done wrong ?

It's definitely the right cartridge, but could it be faulty possibly ? It's a Tesco's own brand cartridge.

have you tried to clean the print heads? sometimes new cartridges need "priming" to get the inks flowing through.

Thanks, have tried this but still just printing the blue and yellow tones. It would appear the red is not coming out of the cartridge at all. Looks like a faulty cartridge, will buy another one tomorrow and see what happens !

Still no luck. Bought another colour cartridge, this time from PC World and the colours are still coming out the same. Have tried a deep clean of the print heads, but still no luck. Any ideas anyone ?? Thanks

I had a 350 and it had the same problem. Once the print heads clog up even a deep cleaning has little effect. I took it to a local ink supplier and he cleaned it for me. (It bocked again about a month later and I bought a new printer ; o ((
