If you haven't completed your studies and therefore stopped applying for student loans, then you won't receive anything like that. In the second year, you get a statement telling you how much you've borrowed so far and you get another in the third year along with a date for when you need to start making repayments. Mine is set to start April 2009 which is 9 months from when I finished uni. I'd guess it's around the same for everyone. As for repayment plans, I don't think you actually get one. I think it's just a letter telling you how much they are taking from your wages each month and how to delay repayments or amend them if you want to pay more.

You'll receive an annual statement which is dated to 31st August of each year, you'll probably receive this sometime during September although I think I've had them arrive later than that in previous years.

you get an annual statement as crispy says although they are often late and sometimes wrong

you start repaying your student loan from April after you finish uni

so if you finished in june/july 2008 then your repayments start in April 2009.

and of course you pay 9% of everything over 15,000 per annum (1250 per month)
