Virgin Credit Card another 0% offer

in Credit cards
I have a virgin credit card whic I transfered a balance to at the begining of the year. This was at 0% and is due to run out in October 08. The have just sent me a letter saying that i can have 0% for balance transfers until April 09.
Do you think that this is just for new balances or could I extend the current balance until then or would i have to transfer this back out and in to get it.
Anyone does this before?
Thanks

I would phone them up and see if you can bargain with them .
watch out for balance transfer fees .0 -
Ring them up in September before your current promotion runs out, say you want to do a BT (just make it a small sum) and then say "could you transfer my existing BT to the new promotion period as well, so I don't have to remember 2 sets of dates for paying it back". If they won't do it, tell them you don't want to do the new BT.0
