My bt bill is in credit by £70. It says I have been refunded that amount on my bill. I just do not seem to understand my online bill. Does anybody know how bt refunds over payment? Thanks

Just comes off the total.
Not many here will ever be in credit but I have been and will be this month.
Last time I was in credit my total bill was 2p, yes 2 pence.0 -
If you pay your bill by direct debit, you can request a refund back to your bank account, (easily done online if you have registered on bt.com). If you pay by any other means, you can request a refund cheque to be sent out to you, (would mean a call to billing/customer services on 150).
