4. No purchase necessary. Entries can be made via this website at www.antlerpromotion.com/mini or by completing a competition form and sending to Antler Promotion c/o Real Affinity, 2nd Floor, Dudley House, 34 – 35 Southampton Street, London, WC2 7HE.
5. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted by the Promoter. The promoter cannot take responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged entries.
6. All entries will be entered into a random draw and drawn by an independent adjudicator on 5th August 2008 and awarded prizes in the order which they are drawn as follows:
1st Prize – 2007 Mini One – standard specification. The order will be placed as soon as contact is made with the winner when you will be advised of the delivery time. 2nd Prize – One of 3 sets of Camden Town luggage, comprises of 1 x Large Camden Town case, 1 x Medium Camden Town case, 1 x Small Camden Town case and 1 x Camden Town Glamour Box. 3rd Prize – One of 10 x Camden Town Glamour Boxes.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equivalent or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. All prizes are non-transferable.
8. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available in whole or part and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winner.
9. A list of winners names and addresses can be obtained by sending a SAE to Antler Winners List c/o Real Affinity, Dudley House, 34-35 Southampton Street, London, WC2 7HE by 4th February 2009.
10. You will be notified if you are a winner via your email or postal address within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter will make all reasonable effort to contact the winners but in the event that it is not possible to contact the original winner a new draw will take place on the 5th August 2008. Thanks for the comp, but I noticed something else in the T & C.

Point 6 states they'll do the draw on 5th August.

Point 10 states winner will be notified within 28 days, but also says that if they can't contact the winner, a new draw will take place on the same day as the original draw

I think they are a little confused bless them, perhaps the redraw should have said September

It hasn't stopped me from entering though
