I am not sure. Do they usually use include them for takeaways? We tend to eat in so not that sure. sorry.

most people use the salad bar as a starter at Harvester, not as an accompaniment to a meal, as you usually fill your bowl whilst you wait for your main meal to be cooked, and then proceed to eat it

Does anyone know what age kids have to be to eat free or kids meal ?
I`m taking grandson age 13 to London next week and looking for cheap places to eat

The info on the Starbucks card free drink is slightly incorrect - the MSE site states it can be used for any free drink - it is in fact any drink, including cold drinks. I successfully had a Coffee Frappucino yesterday with my voucher. :-)
