Pre finished internal doors v's unfinished

Thoughts on the above please?
I have just compared 2 versions of the same engineered wood door, one unfinished - with small imperfections and the other pre finished - with no imperfections.
I saw the same unfinished door in two places, a builder's merchants and a high street DIY chain, both were similar condition.
There's around £30/£40 difference in price between the two versions.
The pre finished door was perfectly smooth, looked lovely and tbh the thought of not having to do anything to it once hung really appeals to me.
However, I'm slightly concerned that if the door got scratched then I wouldn't be able to cover it up, whereas with a door you had varnished or oiled yourself you could easily sand down and redo.
I'm leaning towards prefinished at the moment simply because we need to get things finished asap but I dont want to waste money if there's a reason I hadn't thought of, not to buy them.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
