Pink Lady® apples are today launching a new recipe booklet. The booklet features seven brand new recipes showing how to incorporate Pink Lady® apples into a range of exciting sweet and savoury dishes for all the family.

The Pink Lady® Inspirations booklet shows how versatile Pink Lady® apples can be in every day cookery. The new recipes include a Caramelised Apple Pancake, Pork Steaks with Apple Compote and for those long summer days, Forest Fruit and Pink Lady® apple ice lollies.
These delicious new recipes have been created with young apple fans in mind. Pink Lady® apples are a favourite because they taste fantastic and are great in savoury as well as sweet dishes; their lovely pink blush adds colour to any dish.
