I passed the texperts test about a month ago but I still haven't even heard back from them to say whether I have got in (awaiting training, obviously :rolleyes:)
Is this normal? I thought they were supposed to email back within 48 hours? I would be grateful to know what other peoples experiences of this are.

Not sure how long they took to email after taking the test, but it has been over a year now since they did email me, and my husband too, and it said there was a 2 month wait on training then!

Tried that, they tell you to email and they ignore emails!

I hate to put a downer on this but I passed the test about 8 months ago and still haven't heard anything about vacancies - I've emailed a few times, joined the Facebook group but keep getting put off!
