got mine today, thank you! I paid £7 for this, still fantastic price though! Then I went and tried to order another one, put the code in and went through checkout without clicking update. This time, it charged me £3.50 and it did let me place another order! This is grannies sorted for Christmas!

I have emailed them to try and get the £3.50 charge removed and keep getting asked for my account number- I wasnt given one- where would I find my account number when I registered?

I then decided to just request that the order be cancelled and met with the same response! They take forever to reply to the emails as well so am assuming the throw will arrive by the time they have tried to cancel it!
