I received one today from "jfdskd".

What is the best way to go about reporting this?

The user has now been banned but for future reference you need to copy and paste the whole pm, including the user name and send it in email to abuse @ moneysavingexpert.com.

Its helpful if you keep an eye on this board if someone else has received such a pm so that Abuse aren't inundated with the same report.
