Switching from British Gas to their dual tariff

We've never switched so get our gas from British Gas (elec from Powergen/EON) standard quarterly billed tariff.

Just used the Energyhelpline site which shows a big 18% saving if switching to British Gas "Click Energy 5" tariff.

A couple of questions:

As we are already with British Gas for gas, will we still be able to get the £30 cash incentive by switching dual fuel to the British Gas "Click Energy 5" tariff?

Also, "Click Energy 5" is descibed as "paperless" so I guess you get no paper bills in the post. But if in the future I need to apply for a new bank account or similar, they usually ask for a recent utility bill to prove your residency - I'm a bit concerned that going "paperless" will make it impossible for me to prove my residency.

Has anyone figured a workaround for proving residency without having official printed utility bills?

Banks will generally accept a number of alternative forms of proof of address, not just gas/electricity bills.

    e.g.
A different bank or credit card official statement (not one printed from the internet)
Driving licence (but not if used to prove id)
Council tax bill for current year
Benefits, tax credit or pensions notification letter confirming the right to benefit (but not if used to prove id)
HMRC (Inland Revenue) coding/assessment/statement/tax credit (not over 12 months old)
Telephone bill (not mobile telephone, not printed from internet)
Notification of entitlement to government/local authority grant (not over 12 months old)
Current rent book/tenancy agreement/mortgage statement not more than 12 months old)
    Firearms certificate or shotgun licence

Refer to appropriate bank for exact details of alternative offered.
