Dividends - When & How Much?

Afternoon all.

Does anyone know where i can locate the number of times per year a company issues dividends & how much each dividend yielded?

Do BP/BT pay 2x per year, less or more? where would i find this information -

Another dividends question - is it the norm for dividend payments to be rounded down?

e.g. 457 shares, 3.4p dividend = £15.538, should I get £15.54 or £15.53?

Some people get £15.53, some £15.54.

I know BP pay quarterly. You can find some info on https://www.digitallook.com regarding lates divis.

These are the dates that the B.T. dividend has reached my a/c. on over the last few years.

07/02/05
05/09/05
13/03/06
11/09/06
12/02/07
17/09/07
11/02/08


The final divi is the one paid in September.

p.s. Just found the bumph that they sent me a few weeks ago.
Final divi of 10.4p/share recommended by directors be declared to be paid on 15/09/08 to holders of ord. shares registered at the close of business on 22/08/08.

The companies' own websites are usually the most reliable for this sort of information.
