I got my shopping delivered on the 10th of June and the delivery note said total to be taken from bank was £147, but when I checked out I had only spent £110 (before deductions for multibuys had been taken off). I rang them and was told it was an error on the paperwork but only £103 was due to be taken from bank but on the 12th of June checked internet banking and they had taken the £147 after ringing them I was told it would be refunded and they would call me back to confirm but as yet (13 days after the shopping got delivered ) they haven't refunded or contacted me leaving us with no money as we only had £150 left in the bank til payday. Have phoned them this morning and waiting for a call back:mad:

I personally would say to them that i would wait on the phone for them to get a manager. If they say it could be some time then simply say that you have already waited x amount of weeks for them to refund the amount and that this needs to be sorted in the next 10 mins!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
