Has any one heard of them?I recieved a letter in the post today saying i need to call them ASAP and quote the message number given.I suspect this is a scam.

I also had a letter. I googled them but didn't find much. I called them (as it wasn't a premium number), they were looking for someone, weren't sure whether they were at my address or next door. I suspect they delivered a letter next door also. I think they're probably law enforcement types rather than messengers of any good news. Either way I didn't know who they were looking for.

If you search the board,they are also called hillside services limited.Debt collectors?

I have just double checked the letter and i have no idea who the person is that its addressed to.

From posts on other threads on here, letters sent through the post asking people to call a number, usually about a "missed delivery" (think! - why didn't they just post a card through your door!) are debt collectors "fishing" to get somebody to confirm that they live at a certain address.

I was getting hassle once from a debt collector and it had nothing to do with me I just ignored the notes they shoved through the door then one day a note was left with a woman’s mobile number and office details on as well as saying they where coming back the next day with a locksmith to break in I emailed them to tell them they had made a mistake and the person they where looking for was not resident at the property and said not to make anymore threats but invited them to come round when I was in to try and remove goods.

I told them that an email is seen as a legitimate document in a court of law and as they have now been warned the person the person they seek was not resident at the property or had any belongings there they would be breaking the law if any attempt was made to break in whilst I was at work knowing that the person they seek was not resident.

I also told them how I didn’t take kindly to the fact that my wife that has two callipers on her legs was now afraid to be in the house while I was at work encase they came with bullying tactics I thought that would be the end of it but I was wrong a couple of weeks later whilst nobody was at home again a note from the same woman saying enough was enough they would break in soon and remove goods unless we paid up and it came across as they didn’t care the debt was at the address and that’s where the goods would be removed from.

I emailed again saying thank you for leaving your details I have noticed on your website your office opening hours and as the lady has left a mobile number I shall be calling the mobile number round about the time of opening hours and hang up before an answer the reason for this is I may be in the proximity of your offices and only want a visual identification of the person leaving these threatening notes and at times if there is other calls from different numbers it may be a member of the family or a friend but at some stage I will now where you live and return your intimidation.

I then said this now ask yourselves this am I just talking rubbish? Who knows but when the calls start, look around yourself to see if you can see me I might not necessarily have the phone at my ear the phone may be in my pocket or the guy you see with the phone maybe no body or a friend the woman you see may be a family member you will never know this because you don’t have the guts to come to the door when I’m in to identify me but I will know you.

Passed the mobile on to a couple of mates one call from me laughing in the morning a couple of false calls from different mobiles during the day she never rang back and we never heard from them again

i got letter this morning, when i tried to phone them i kept getting ,no one available to take your call, glad i came on line to find out about them
