Now im not the brightest button, but winrar is soooo hard to use lol
I have d.loaded a movie which was in RAR file so opened WinRar and hit add.
Out of the 40 or so parts to the file only the first 20 look the same. By that i mean the first 20 images in front of the name look like a pile of books. The rest look like the windows sign/image.
Also where it says type it has Winrar Archive for teh first 20 then the rest say file r 31, file r32 etc
It just wont play....any guides?

I can't believe how pathetic that is - a spammer that can't even be bothered to start his/her own thread!0 -
And to the OP, take a look here:

It's a while since I last used it, but I recall I found it a bit confusing myself.0 -
Un-rar-ing the first numbered file will automatically un-rar the rest. Just right click and "Open" with winrar on the one which ends in .1
7-zip is great (I use it for most things) but it doesn't work for the numbered ones.I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0 -
ive used winrar before and i prefer 7 zip as its easier to useNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

Winrar only 'associates' (i.e. double clicking will open winrar automatically and they have the correct icon) a certain number of file extensions (the ones you see as books.) Those after won't, but opening one of the earlier ones should allow Winrar to open the ones that aren't associated.
IOW, it's am explorer display issue, not a Winrar one, and nothing to worry about anyway.Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
You don't want to click on add as that adds something to an archive. You need to extract it. Also as the discussion of piracy is against the Terms and Condtions of this site it's probably best if you don't mention that you've donwloaded a film in your post.
The easiest way to do it is to do what foreversomeday suggested. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0
