Premium Bonds on credit

I read an article in one of the weekend papers about buying Premium Bonds using credit cards offering the 0% deal then repaying before incurring any interest. As you can only buy them with cash or debit card, can anyone explain to a novice moneysaver how this one works please?

You need a credit card that will pay money into your current account - known as a Super Balance Transfer (SBT) credit card.
