Big problems with BVC Conservatories - Help please

I have read some major issues on this site with BVC supplies and we are in the same boat. We have half a conservatory up and the rest are ill fitting parts for which we are still waiting replacements but getting no where. I have contacted the store where we purchased it and they say they can do nothing other than chasing as we are. To add insult we were assured that we woud have the delivery last week and at the last minute we received ONE item (of the 10 we were waiting on) and that also was the wrong size. Can anyone advise on what else we can do??? Cheers for your time.
