Has anyone used these guys at all?

I am renting in Germany in August and their price for a Focus Estate (There are 4 of us + luggage) comes out a little over £200 with Additional Driver and the CDW Excess covered by their Insurance. Seems a very good price.

Thanks.

I used them back in March, hired a car for a very good price. I had no problems with them.

I used them to hire a car in Ireland, last week. First rate and offered an upgrade and insurance excess cover as part of the deal!
  • We rented a car from them as it provided the excess waiver included (so no need for extra car insurances). However, when my family arrived at the airport, the local car provider convinced us that there was not extra excess waiver included and made us paid for another one. When I complained to the company, they simply said we should have not paid for the extra waiver, but would not refund it. It is unfair to have local providers convincing you to buy extra insurance that you have already paid for.
    Will never use again!
