Question about Patio/sliding doors

We have some sliding doors into our 'porch' - some time ago I fell heavily against them and the bottom runner came loose, meaning the door no longer slides (it fell off the runner which came loose).
Is it possible that the other side of the door also has runners and it could be simply a case of swopping over the blanking panels which lock the other door in place (if that makes sense). ie - are patio doors multi directional and which door slides (and which doesn't) is dictated by the blanking panels?
OH says he will have a look, but I could be waiting some time...........

Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Very unlikely. They will have attached wheels to the sliding door and blocks to the fixed door, and screwed it in place.0

Depending on how handy you or your other half are, you can replace the wheels yourself, the doors are usually fairly heavy and you'll need to lay them on trestles to access the wheels. What ones you need depends on the age and type of door. Some of the most common ones can be bought online e.g.

Thanks for the help folks.
Sadly it's the tracks which have come away from the frame - the wheels are fine! Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
you can replace the track as well, bit more fiddly but i've done it loads of times, you would need to order both hte parts on the link i've posted, and remove all of you're old track, then fit this as a replacement, would advise you to change the wheels at the same time while the doors off
