DawnChorus - I know it's a daft thing but have you checked your Spam folders? Lots of people are reporting them being in there?

if not, if you still have your code to hand, I guess you could give them a bell? It seems as though they were sent out in order of claim, as I got mine about 5 minutes before the OH got his, so surely you should have been one of the first?

Did you write down the date of your win (maybe the time too), and the code/
? Or any screenshots etc?

If you did, give them an email and say you are aware the winning emails are being sent out but you havn't received yours so could they check your claim. Maybe you made a slight mistake on your email address? Good luck, let us know how it goes Dawn Chorus.

I just had a look back at the last "winners list" we had, and I couldn't find you on it DawnChorus (I was trying to see if we could find the times/dates to help you out a bit here).. yet I'm sure I remember your win.. how bizzare! sorry couldn't help more..
