Yeah, looks like it's gone again. It was down a few days ago too, but did come back.

I guess keep trying is the answer - but I don't exepct it'll be back before tomorrow now.

Just logged in and working fine now although just looked at my first bill an they not got it right:
    • First put me on Ec7 when I said do not do so so having to come and change my meter and then readjust the readings. British Gas never had that problem!
    • And the gas reading was wrong, should be 9240 and not 924. Current reading is 9280 so looks like I used ALOT of energy in 2 months. Er do not think so!
  • Hi, I'd just like to chip into the conversation and tell you that I have had nearly £300 taken from my bank account for their elec dd, which was nearly £200 more than I pay normally!!!! I rang, complained and found out my account had been closed by them..? For no reason.
Yes, I will get the full refund (probably in a weeks time) which doesn't solve the fact that my other dd's aren't covered for the 1st of the month. They will reimburse me for the charges from my bank once I've sent them proof (no idea how long that will take?) but they do not seem to take into their understanding of the hassle it has caused, not to mention the blind panic! I doubt I'm the first or last with this problem.....

Did you change supplier? Did you move house? What was the reason for them closing your account?
