    Just got my slot, deleted all the cookies in firefox, left it all for about five minutes and then logged back on.

    i've done this too, even rang , my notes have been checked ( whatever that means) and there are no details of a vip slot for me!?!

    loads of non vips are blagging slots and the last lady i spoke to said ive got a lot but wont get my email till ater 5pm tomorrow so rang back as it didnt sound right and was told i wont get a slot at all now

    I've just been on the phone to customer services too and the chap said that they had only just started sending out the emails and to keep checking. He asked me to confirm my email as well.

    Can't be bothered with all the pushing and shoving (not to mention the early start) so will give up now and settle for the M&S sale :)

    I usually always get a vip (touch wood) and I don't spend a fortune through the year, but spend loads in the sale. I didn't have the vip thing in options that so many others had and I was starting to worry. Customer services told me they couldn't book me a slot over the phone. I was polite and apprecitive, the next thing I knew I could log on through the http://www.next.co.uk/viplist and allowed me to book a slot.
    Don't give up keep trying, maybe try phoning again with a different approach. I hope you get lucky.
