Big thanks lab dab. I just went in through Firefox instead of IE and it worked :dance: Now have my slot for Wednesday 5pm and have received confirmation email. Phew!!!

Yippee - just booked mine too but I had to delete my temporary internet files as it seemed to "remember" that i'd already logged into my Next account dozens of times. As soon as I did this and logged in again, it took me to the booking page for the VIP slots!

Just have to find a lovely granny to take my kids to their dance lessons now whilst i'm shopping!

Managed to get my slot too - logged out and back in again and the link worked! :j

Thanks everyone, just now feel sorry for the posters who got stressed out and went off to the library and Tesco's - hope they come back soon

Just logged on for the 100th time today and i've got a slot - i almost fainted with excitement! Thank you everyone for all you're help.

I hope everyone is blessed by the next sale fairy and gets their slots too!

I tried phoning customer services too saying I had a link but it wasn't working (I didn't) she apologised but said to keep trying as they've only just come out. I asked if she could book me 1 over the phone. She said she couldn't, I thought about having a rant but decided to try and be nice thanking her very much anyway and does she suggest I keep on trying? She said I should, I told her I appreciated her help (I'm such a creep) Her name was Lisa. Surprisingly, coinsidece or not when I refollowed the nextvip link it worked for me! Got my slot 5 - 5:30pm on Wednesday. Good luck to everyone else.

Hi All

I have my slot too - I just logged into my account as normal and it took me straight to a VIP page where I could choose a time.

Not trying to rub it in but......feel like I should explain this........... I have always had a VIP slot for the last 3-4 years on all the sales and I'm not a very good customer I probably only spend £100 a year max and that's all in the sales too - I generally put in a big order and things don't fit right etc.so return them.....

So my point is I don't get how they say it's random allocation and it's not like I get one because I spend a fortune there!!! Strange
