Job stuck in print queue

I've got a word doc stuck in my print queue. Won't let me delete or anything. Didn't clear overnight while pc switched off. Have unplugged printer, hasn't worked either.
Any ideas?

You have to reset printer services:
Do the following clicks
Start
Control Panel
Administrative tools
Services
find printer spooler service
hit stop then start0 -
