trying to switch online to eon,and it will accept my gas number but not my electricity, have had a meter change and the new number has a letter in the middle have tried all sorts but it just wont let me, any one know what I need to do?

    that is your electrclty meter serial number. what they want in you 13 digit MPAN you can get that from a bill from your current supplier
