Easieist way cheapest and healthiest is to buy the 'value ' longlife skimmed milk add to it your easiyo container with some value dried milk (2 tablespoons) and about 2 tablespoons of the original easyo culture (i.e when its nearly finished save some) and just make it as normal in your easiyo flask ,no nead to heat the milk ,dead simple, delicious and really cheap and to make it eaven nicer but some value honey to add later mmmmm delicious
ps i've heard that if you freeze the yoghurt it kills off the pro biotic cultures anyone know if this is the case?

For anyone who lives in/near York, Barnitts sell individual sachets of easiyo. The prices range from 1.79p to 1.99p depending on what the flavour is.

It's useful if you just want to try one or have a favourite flavour.

You can get yoghurt sachets from Goldshield, they always have deals on, free P&P and 10% quidco (plus iPoints) it's the same stuff as on ideal world but less choice of flavours (but MUCH CHEAPER).

I found easyo hit and miss (i wasted quite a few sachets) I haven't had any such issue with the Goldshield stuff.

It's made in the UK (not New Zealand), the texture is different, gloopy not solid like easyo.

    Hope that helps anyone?

Can you add sugar/sweetner to make it...well...sweet? or do you add all that and fruit at the end?
Just add it at the end if you want some. I find shop bought yoghurt too tart to eat without something with it, but this is very sweet and I don't bother.

A little jam mixed in is a great way to sweeten it - better than sugar in my opinion. Honey and chopped nuts is good and obviously fruit. If you have a hand blender it's a good thing to add to smoothies.
May all your dots fall silently to the ground.
