Well the police will certainly turn up if you report a 'disturbance' if he starts anything - but as for turfing him out, I have no idea. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along with some proper advice soon.:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

If he is on probation would it be something that you could talk to his probation officer about???
Have never had any experience of this just posing the question to see if it is an optionMarried my wonderful husband 29th May 20110 -
get his stuff, put it outside change the locks and have the police on speed dial for when he eventually comes home.
if not tell his probation officer that he will no longer be living there, they will no doubt have to rehouse him.0 -
If he's on probation, then probation need to know where he's living, and it may be a condition that you're living at a particular address. So talking to the probation officer would be useful, making it clear that he CANNOT continue to stay there rather than 'we'd rather he didn't'.
Also if he's in breach of the conditions attached to his probation, tell the probation officer.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I work in probation
You need to talk to his probation officer, he maybe on licence, or have bail conditions.
be aware that your actions of wanting him out of the home could put him in prison (depending on his bail / licence conditions)
But his behaviour is something to discuss with his PO, it is something he can work with him on.
Again depending on bail / licence requirements, his PO might be able to find alternative accommodation.Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?0
