Hi all,
I have mate who got problem with her computer and wanted to know what's best way and an easy way to connect to her machine. So I can have a look as she not that technical and even tho I am trying to explain stuff she aint got a clue.

I'm not sure about how to do it in Vista, but in XP you can set up a remote assistance link. Have a look at this as it may help: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/support/remotetech.mspx
Otherwise, there are some remote connection applications that are available as freeware. Have a look at https://www.logmeinrescue.com and I believe they have a free program or a trial that you can download.Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)
