Thinking about opening the Halifax 10% kids regular saving account.
What I want to know is can I pay into the account say £50 a month, then after 12 months the money moves into the save4it account could I then withdraw the money out of the save4it account and pay it into my sons Child Trust Fund which is going to be with another provider (perhaps Nationwide or Britannia).

If you can afford it you should take full quota of the 10% interest and put in the maxiumu £100 a month. At the end of the 12 months just withdraw the lot.0
