i am a customer of sky movies etc and am trying to connect to skyplayer so i can watch tv and movies on my laptop. have done all i need i think anyway to register but then a message comes up "windows media player DRM requires an upgrade. please click here to apply this upgrade" underneath this it says "error contact us about this problem quoting error code 211 and reference number 12140756100661" when i try click here for upgrade a message comes up saying it can not upgrade. i intend to at least try contacting skyplayer with this information but wondered if anyone has got this installed and is it worth it? as it seems a bit confusing to say the least plus can you download or upload whichever the term is a film and save it or whatever and be able to watch it at another time or do you have to watch it when you download/upload also will it been i van take laptop where ever without internet available and still watch movies. as i was trying to download some stuff to be able to watch while on holiday in turkey and i know there is no internet available? sorry this is so long and confusing but really confused myself
