Well I've seen it all now! Just had a scam MS email.........

Anyone else had it? No doubt they're harvesting addresses or will ask for payment. Whatever next eh?

    Dear Rep,

We are a company that conduct surveys and evaluate other companies. We get hired to go to other peoples companies and act like customers in order to know how the staffs are handling their services in relation to their customers. once we have a contract to do so, you would be directed to the company or outlet, and you would be given the funds you need to do the job(either purchase
things or require services), after which you would write a comment on the staffs activities and give a detailed record of your experience

Examples of details you would forward to us are
    1) How long it took you to get services.
    2) Smartness of the attendant
    3)Customer service professionalism
4)Sometimes you might be required to upset the attendant, to see how they react to clients why they get tensed.

And we turn the information over to the company executives and they would carry out their own duties in improving there services.
Most companies employ our assistance when people give complains about their services, or when they feel there are needs for them to improve their customer service. your Identity would be kept confidential as the job states (secret shopper) you would be paid $200 for every duty you carry out, and bonus on your transportation allowance, and funds would be given to you if you have to dine as part of the duty

Your job will be to evaluate and comment on customer service in a wide variety
of shops, stores, restaurant and services in your area.
No commitment is made on this job, and you would have flexible hours as it suits
you. If you are interested do send in these information:

    FULL NAME:
    CONTACT ADDRESS:(NO P O BOX)
    CITY:
    STATE:
    ZIP-CODE:
    TELEPHONE NUMBER:
    MOBILE NUMBER:
    AGE:
    OCCUPATION:
    EMAIL:

So we can look at your distance from the locations which you have to put your service into, and your address would also be need for your payments.

    Thanks

You'll get a good pay for the butchering!

Yes, done several - You soon become a past master at the cutting (!), but they do pay a good fee, which is more than the other company that do Pizza's do, where you just get the Pizza!

    Morning everyone!

Yesterday I had a hardware visit. And as timmne forewarned - it was a show stopper! When I returned for the refund, the man at the desks eyes nearly popped out and then he winked! Then we had a very interesting performance where there I was escorted to a till and then there was a little crowd of them all chatting to me round the till like I was their new best friend - arghhhhhhhhhh!
  • A****a generally email you to get jobs filled, their work is normally last minute so if you help them out, they remember it!

  • Just a reminder to all to stay within the confidentiality agreements!

I posted a bit too much information about a job, which is fair enough, and someone passed it on to the company.

To know how the staffs are handling their services...

...write a comment on the staffs activities....

How long it took you to get services....

...when people give complains about their services....

Even if they are genuine (which I doubt!), there are enough MS companies out there who haven't got a clue about grammar, and then preach that yours has to be 100% perfect!

    Then I read this bit...

Sometimes you might be required to upset the attendant, to see how they react to clients why they get tensed. :rotfl::rotfl:

Surely they can't be genuine LOL

Does anyone have a "car" shop to do for BAI?

I got an email this evening saying that I have been given the shop to complete for TUESDAY. I'm not here over the weekend which leaves me two days to complete all the shops (6 in completely different places) and the reports.

I applied for it ages ago. That's so rude!

They did the same on me Hyps. Didn't hear anything for ages then suddenly had 11 to do in less than a week. I was climbing the walls by the time I finished

I've sworn never to do car ones again. Well if I got offered a couple of grand I might change my mind LOL ;)
