Well *technically* they pay you at 22p per mile (IIRC)

BUT I've always claimed the maximum and never been queried. This is on probably 30 jobs in the last 2 months so it's been pretty consistent!

PS - congrats on baby no 3! :D

Don't ring RE! I make them ring me - no chance am I wasting my phone money on answering their pointless questions!

I don't either Timmne. I just email them at support@retaileyes.co.uk The fee I got for the off sales was tiny and probably most went on petrol to get there so Im blowed if I am ringing the guy back.

What really annoys me is having to phone OC. It is an 0870 number.

Hello all, I am back to doing some shops after having baby no.3! My first one back was a bank job on Monday and today I have noticed that the same job is being advertised on GFK again!! Do you think this would be because the staff did not do as they were supposed to? I am getting a bit paranoid that I done something wrong (even tho no-one has called me!

Also I have just signed up for TNS and booked a quickie shop and have a quick question about the mileage allowance - do they pay this in full, so you get your fee, reimbursement and mileage?? Or just how many miles you travel?
    Thanks guys

I booked a bank job about an hour ago and another at the same location appeared within a few minutes....think they must just be doing some more than once.

Timmne said a while back that you can can claim max mileage etc (and has never been questioned); I've started doing the same and haven't had anything said.

Congrats on baby no. 3 :)

Maybe you can answer whether there will be an additional run this month to cover the many outstanding ticket payments?

    Hi everyone,

Well I started my mystery shopping on sunday, and have done 1 bank visit and 2 phone calls today!:D The phone calls were easier than I thought so will be signing up to more of those I think!;)

Does anyone know if you have done a visit will you only get one offer for that particular place or do they come around again? I was going to do some bank ones for GFK but you are not allowed to take kids with you boo! :( and I have mine with me when I'm not at work. Oh well never mind. Sounds like people are making some good money anyway.

Oh and does anyone know how long RE take to process your first visit, as I did one on sunday and it still isn't processed or showing any money:confused:

I am in the process of trying to set up an interim payrun for the train tickets.

Thanks guys, I will just claim for the full amount then ;)

Daisydoll, my first RE took about a week to get validated I think, but after that its alot quicker. (Just a pain you can't book anymore in the meantime!)

re offered me £5 for a £30 pub job that was closed, as per the pubs scheduled hours. A bit tight?
